Black locust 7" salad paddles
These short-handled salad paddles are sculpted from a storm-damaged tree from the small plot of woods on family farmland near Waynetown, Indiana.
The handles are short enough to allow the paddles to remain in a salad bowl, while the wide head of the paddles can handle salad without causing damaging to lettuce and other fragile ingredients.
The utensils have been soaked in food-safe mineral oil and buffed with wax from our bees.
(The hemp string is intended to keep the paddles together during shipping and may be removed before use.)
