Cherry Right-handed Offset Spoon - 11”

This item was sculpted from the wood of a storm-damaged tree on our family farmland near Waynetown, Indiana. It has been soaked in fractionated organic coconut oil.

The curves of this design enable it to hug both the side and bottom of cooking pans while being used by a right-handed cook. The deep bowl make it cook not just for sautéing and stirring but also for serving.

All wood items should be hand-washed. If you’d like to restore the utensil’s original tones, you may occasionally treat it with mineral oil, fractionated coconut oil, or any other food-safe wood finish.
