Cherry square-head spatula

This item was sculpted from the wood of a storm-damaged tree on our family farmland near Waynetown, Indiana. It has been soaked in fractionated organic coconut oil.

The squarehead spatula design is great for a broad range of cooking functions: sautéing, cooking meat, flipping burgers, and more. The fine leading edge is designed to slide smoothly under the food to be flipped and is sharp enough to cut onions, peppers, and other vegetables.

All wood items should be hand-washed. If you’d like to restore the utensil’s original tones, you may occasionally treat it with mineral oil, fractionated coconut oil, or any other food-safe wood finish.
