Black walnut cooking/serving spatula - 12”

This spoon was sculpted from a tree that fell in a friend’s pasture down the road from our home. This design is good for both cooking and serving.  

The utensil has been soaked in food-safe mineral oil and buffed with wax from our bees. The glossy finish will eventually fade with use and be replaced with muted color variations and a fine, velvety patina. You may treat it periodically with mineral oil or another food-safe oil to sharpen colors if you desire.
