Sugar maple cooking/serving spatula - 12"

This item was sculpted from a local tree that had to be removed because of the risk it posed to a home. Sugar maple is often called rock maple by woodworkers because of its density, so the sharp edge is capable of scraping the tasty, crispy scraps off the bottom of a pan.

The utensil has been soaked in mineral oil and buffed with wax from our bees.
