Black Cherry Salad Tongs - 13"

This set of salad tongs is sculpted from a single piece of wood from a tree we needed to remove from our yard due to risks it posed to our house. It has been soaked in mineral oil and buffed with wax from our bees.  

The glossy finish will eventually fade with use and be replaced with muted color variations. You may use mineral oil or other food-safe treatments periodically if you desire, but no treatment is necessary for the spoon to remain useful for many years.
